6. Lay Out Plan of Proposed Area.

7. Detail Drawing of Proposed Stroage Tank or yard.

8. Photograph of stroage Tank, Yard & in clouding.

9. The Document that concerned property of land(Form 105/106).

10. Thef recommendation of the person that live around the shop and with endoresement Quarter Administration.

11. The Permit letter that the owner or BOD has been signed in front of DG or DDG.
