Official letter from relevant company.

Number of foreigners and their passport copies.

3.

Recommendation letter of relevant Joint Venture Company.

4.

Acknowledgement of foreigner (Stating as foreigner must obey Myanmar Immigration Law and not to go another places except permission area.)

5.

Recommendation letter of relevant embassy.

6.

Schedule  of the trip –

(a)

To  submit  three   weeks  ahead  to  the  head  office   of   No.(2) Mining Enterprise(Nay Pyi Taw)

(b)

Period of stay permit is three months. If they would like to extend the  stay  permit,  company   will  have   to   submit one month ahead.

(c)

To inform arrival/departure   of   foreigner.

(d)

After receive the permission from the higher department, foreigner could enter the submission work site/mines area.
