The Information on Fifty-Second Myanmar Gems Emporium- 2015
The significant Fifty-Second Myanma Gems Emporium will be held in Maniradana Jade Hall, Nay Pyi Taw from 24th June, 2015 to 6th July 2015.
Rough Jade and Gems, finished products, jewelries, carvings ,sculptures, gems pictures and gold and silver wares will be on display and sold in Euro currency at the Emporium.
Jade and Gems lots are fixed at the reserve prices and sold through the open tender and competitive bidding as follows:-

Foreign visitors eligible for the following qualifications will be granted admission to the Fifty-Second Emporium, excluding those blacklisted for their default on payment in the previous emporiums:-
- The invited person with the invitation card by the Emporium Central Committee;
- The person who received the invitation card via the Foreign Jade Associations;
- The person who received the invitation card from the respective Embassies and Counsulate-General at request to attend the emporium;
Foreign visitors are permissible to make bids fot the lots up to the value of the 20-fold of the minimum deposit paid by the types of gemstones. The minimum amount of deposit to be paid and the amount permitted to bid are as follows-

Making bids for lots priced more than the permitted limit call for putting additional 5% of its value in the Account No. EEM 400034 opened with the Myanma Economic Bank (Nay Pyi Taw) by the name of Central Committee of Fifty-Second Emporium (Deposit) by the preview deadline before the start of sales- 26.6.2015 for gems lots and 27.6.2015 for jade lots. Payment of deposit should be made to the above account no. only through the foreign Banks acceptable to the Myanma Economic Bank (Nay Pyi Taw).
Starting on 15th June 2015, Foreign Registration Office will provide foreign merchants who have satisfactorily paid the deposit ahead, with the Entrance Cards making services in the Maniradana Jade Hall.
Starting on 1st June 2015, Application Forms for admission to Emporium will be available for download on the website of Ministry of Mines; www.mining.gov.mm and website of Myanma Gems Enterprise; www.mge.gov.mm in order to be filled up ahead, and if desirous of submitting applications via online, services have been provided to enable the submission of application through the Online Preregistration System featured by MGE’s Website. It is compulsory to make the Entrance Card with the following information:-
• Name, Position, Passport and National Scrutiny Card No. ( Passport Issuing Country) Photocopy of passport.
• Photocopy of Passport.
• Two passport photos taken within one month.
• Complete contact information. (to state E. mail and Fax. No. if applicable)
• Admission fee in U.S. dollar.
Buyers shall settle payment for the purchases before the payment deadline as prescribed by the Sales Agreement. The necessary arrangements have been made for the buyer desirous of bringing his fully paid purchase along with him within the period of Emporium.
Shipment of fully paid purchase to the buyer is made under the EX Works in which Emporium Central Committee will be responsible for loading the merchandise onto the Transportation Vehicles from the Emporium Hall while the buyer himself or his authorized representative company will be held liable for the remaining processes.
